The Tenants of Bourque Properties can receive 4 free $7.00 car washes each month for paying their rent in full and on time. The program only requires that your rent be paid, (in the office) on the first day, it is due and paid in full. For paying your rent on time, you will receive a VIP Card from the Urban Spot Free Car Wash, pre-loaded with 4 “Works” washes. You can use the card at any time in our Automatic drive through wash. Next month, pay your rent on time and in full and have your VIP Wash Card reloaded with 4 more washes!
